If
you are new to yoga, there are some special conditions for you to study so-
that you can feel comfortable in class or practice on your own at home.
It
is not easy to lose weight all over the place as there are over 300 positions
in the body of yoga practice (asana), but these stops can start you on the
right track. If you make one of these 5-10 breaths, it also creates a great
first yoga program for you to do every day.
Here are my pictures of the ten most important ones that
yoga starts for beginners.
Mountain pose
Mountain
Pose is the base of all standing stands; it gives you an idea of how you can
touch the ground with your feet and feel the floor beneath you. The whole
mountain may seem to be just standing still, but there is a ton going on.
Exercise:
- Start standing with your legs together. Squeeze the floor through all ten
fingers while spreading open. Force your quadriceps to lift your knees and lift
them through your inner thighs. Draw your abdomen in and out as you lift your
chest by pressing the top of the shoulders down.
Hear
your shoulder blades coming towards each other and open your chest, but keep
your hands facing inwards- facing the body. Imagine a cord pulling the crown of
the head up and breathing inwards within the body.
Dogs Face to Face
Dogs
are used in many yoga classes and yoga classes that stretch and strengthen the
whole body.
How
to do it: Come on all fours with your toes under your shoulders and your knees
under your hips. Bend under your toes and lift your hips to the floor as you
pull them back to protect your face
Keep your knees slightly bent if your leg muscles are stiff, but not test and
straighten your legs while flexing your hips. Move your arms forward to give
yourself more space if you breathe.
Press
firmly on the palm of your hand and turn the abdomen. Tighten the abdominals
and continue to bend your legs to allow the body to move around the thighs.
Hold for 5-8 breaths before returning to arms and knees to rest.
Plank
Plank
teaches us how to straighten our arms while supporting us with all our bodies.
It’s a great way to strengthen our abdominals and learn to use energy to help
our stay in challenging situations.
How
to do it: From all feet, slip under your toes and lift your feet onto the mat.
Keep your heels back until you feel you are in the right direction from your
head to your feet.
With the lower abdomen, pull the shoulders down and away from the ears, pull
your ribs up and heal for 8-10 seconds.
Triangle
Triangle
is a beautiful standing position to stretch the upper extremities, open the
lungs, strengthen the legs, and strengthen the whole body.
How
to do it: - Start standing with your feet apart. Open and stretch your arms
around your shoulders. Turn the right foot 90 degrees and the left about 45
degrees.
Place
your quadriceps on your abdominals as you lean toward the side of your right
leg. Place your right hand on your ankle, knee, & knee joint (or
obstruction if you have one) and raise your left hand above the ceiling.
Turn
your eyes upwards and hold 5-8 breaths. Get up and stand on the other side.
NDIPMỌD: I like to think I stuck between two narrow walls when I was in a
triangle.
Wood
Wood is a fantastic standing position for beginners to take the act to gain
attention and understanding and learn to breathe as they stand and keep the
body in one leg
How
to do it: Start with your feet together and put your right foot on your left
thigh. Press your hands in prayer and find a place in front of you that you can
hold your eye on.
Hold and breathe for 8-10 breaths and then turn sideways. Make it clear you don’t
lean on the square foot and make sure your presence doesn’t touch your shoulder.
Warrior 1
Her
involvement is essential to building strength and stamina in yoga practice.
They give us confidence and stretch the hips and thighs while building strength
in the whole lower body and heart. Warrior 1 is a quiet backdoor; and a great
justification for stretching the front body extension (quads, hip flexors,
psoas) while strengthening the legs, hips, buttocks, heart, and upper body.
How
to do it: For warrior one, you can take a giant step back with your left foot
coming towards a lunge, then turn your left heel down and angle your left toes
forward 75 degrees.
Lift
your chest and press your palms up overhead. Step forward and repeat on the
opposite leg.
Warrior 2
Warrior
2 is an external opener and an open thigh and ankle. It is a good starting
point for many side posts- including triangle, expansion angle, and half-moon
balance. How to do it: Stand with your feet one foot apart. Turn your right
toes out 90 degrees and your left toes 45 degrees. Throw your right knee until
it is just above your right ankle while keeping the torso even between the
hips. Stretch your arms out to your side and look at your right hand. Hold for
8-10 breaths before going straight to the right leg and turn your legs to the
other side to repeat on the left side.
Sitting Forward
It
is important to join the front bend in yoga to practice stretching the muscles,
lower and upper back, and sides. She sat in front of the blow bent enough for
everyone to start opening the body and learning to breathe through unfamiliar
areas.
If
you feel any sharp pain, you should go back, but if you feel as anxious as you
roll forward and we can continue to breathe, you begin to slowly and stop
going. You can also keep your knees bent in that position as long as the feet
remain flexible and together.
Practice:-
Begin to sit on your feet together, feet firm and unsteady, and arms and hips.
Raise your chest, and start jumping forward from your waist. Push your lower
abdomen and think your abdomen button goes up to the top of your thigh.
Once
you have hit your upper body, stop and breathe for 8-10 breaths. Make sure your
shoulders, head, and neck are all exposed.
Bridge Pose
Kaunda
goes forward to bend the back band. The bridge is a good first band that
stretches the front body and strengthens the back body.
How to do it:- Lie on your back with your back and place your feet in a wide
range of spaces. Press firmly on your legs and lift your boot off the mat.
Gather your hands together and press your fists down as you open your chest
wide.
Imagine pulling your heels on a mat on your shoulders to join your hammers.
Hold for 8-10 breaths and then lower your hips down and repeat twice again.
Baby Pose
Everyone
wants a good rest and baby shape-not only for beginners but also for yoga the
practice of all levels.
It’s
best to learn a child’s point of use if you’re tired of Down Dogs before going
to bed at night to use making or any time you need mental relaxation and
stress/stress relief.
Exercise: Start on all fours and bring your knees and feet together as you sit your seat back on your heels and stretch your arms forward. Lower your forehead (or broker or pillow or blanket) and let your whole body be exposed. Hold for as long as you want!
